There is no new update, just the merge of the unfinished f9 to the rest of the game.
This topic got locked for a year coz we were talking about fat ppl and now we talking freely about races and lolis, kek.

anyone know what software the artwork for the game is done on? I'm thinking of trying to figure out how to make my own game in a similar vein.

RPG Maker XP, RPG MV,RPG MZ,RPG Vx ace,RMVX,SRPG,wolf RPG,etc......all are RPG in general.
ToT seems to be RPG Maker VX Ace (or maybe earlier). I recommend using RPG Maker MV or MZ (they are newer and use JavaScript for scripting - unless your really like Ruby, which is the language used by VX Ace).

There is, but it's like 6 scenes. What a fuckin joke. And half of them I couldn't see because this game is buggy as hell with no loading function outside of relaunching the game
