Nah dive right in, the game isn't all that complicated. If you get stuck, there is a walkthrough linked in the OP of this thread, and the users on here are surprisingly helpful most of the time. As for other games, the "latest game" sub menu on the main forum will allow you to search by tags you may be interested in, which would be a pretty good place to start.

in your sound mixer *widows has it by default* you might have blocked the game's sound how ever this is just a guess
Have you checked your sound options? Press F1 in game and make sure the sound boxes are checked.

Hypnosis and a MILF? I´ll just take an educated guess for the next villainess. She will be a mature woman whose profession is psychotherapy. Her aim will be to "cure" Ethan from his subconscious foot fetish. Therefore she will put him in hypnosis so that he can remember and spill his guts how his sister/neighbour´s daughter/aunt/girl friend/etc. were responsible in creating this strange desire in him. As Ethan tries to remember all the details of his childhood experiences while in deep hypnosis, the MILF will rub her sweaty nylon feet for hours in his face to "support" him in his process to relive and recount his wonderful "adventures" he had in his early life.
