I'm glad my hunch about the 'hundreds' of femdom foot fetish games was right.

What should probably be said is that the people defending Koda and Bo aren't saying that this kind of delay is good. I am more than a little disappointed that it's taken this long, and won't deny that. We're more defending them from accusations such as them abusing patrons or being lazy, because as far as I'm concerned those are baseless accusations. Their mistake is being over-ambitious, and perhaps not focusing on what we want them to focus on (though that is debatable based on preference). They shouldn't get off the hook for those by any means, but that's what they should be getting criticized for. And for that headlock art of Karen's; I'm glad I'm not the only one that found it to be a boner killer. I don't even know what exactly is so wrong about it, but wrong it is.

I actually want to mention what makes me confident they aren't lazy or abusing patrons intentionally. For the first 4 floors the content is pretty simple, and I'll admit a part of me really enjoyed the simplicity of the game for those floors, especially Scarlett. Maybe that's just nostalgia. It wouldn't hurt for them to do some simple floors as filler. Anyway; at 5F though, anyone can see that the level of complexity jumped up, and then 6F was a larger jump from 5F than 5F was from 4F. This is TEXTBOOK ambition. I did the exact same thing with my project and believe me when I say I know insatiable ambition when I see it. You can take a guess, with this pattern, as to how much larger 7F is going to be. It's absolutely believable it would take this long. HOWEVER - they definitely need to dial it down and get the ambition under control, because nobody gets away with 6 month updates one after another. Scaling things back down or getting more help are what they need to be doing. But it's not a question of laziness. Thank you for listening to my TED talk. Wonder if a wind dojo exists in the minds of Bo or Koda yet. Had all the other elements represented so it only seems likely.

I think that we will see some member of the wind dojo in the next update mainly for 2 reason: 1)we already met 3 full crews (our fire, water one and thunder one) except for leaders that probably will be in more higher floors. 2)from the teaser and leaked pics we can assume that the new Mistress will be a wind type due to her color scheme and the butterflies on the kimono.
Now the real question is will the next floors have all a prisoner ?
Assuming that the only prisoners left are the wind clan and the 4 masters and adding the top smith, herbalist and weaver we can cover like 8/10ish floors (depending of how the wind dojo will be split); according with the original plan there should be 20 floors so maybe some floor will not have a prisoner, what you guys think about it ?

You sure? I only remember Aarav from the thunder dojo being on floor 3, unless the skeleton on that floor was mentioned being from there? Can't recall.

Yes, Aarav says to Ethan that the corpse in the next cell was preaviously a wind dojo member and due to his/her (never understood if was an he or a she) reckless got killed by an upper floor Mistress who used purple flames (She should be Roxy).

We never said this; there is no set date at the moment. Please don't spread release info that doesn't come from Bo or myself.

Re. everything else: as previous reports have said in more detail: 7F will speak for itself. If people don't trust us and want to cancel their pledges in the interim (or even after the release, if they don't feel it was worth the wait), that's their call.

As someone pointed out a few pages back: Bo and I would make more money in (far) fewer hours at any random part-time job. We would also make more money if we catered to certain kinks (GTS, Furry, Futa, etc.), a different medium (eg. monthly CG-sets with some light story/text for ~$5-10 similar to a lot of JP circles), or even just returned to the simpler floors/girls like 1-4F.

But we'd prefer to develop (and show everyone) our vision of "peak ToT" -- and that's what our patrons are funding. If it turns out that not enough people want to fund that type of the development, then we'll probably have to reevaluate our approach, but we're hoping 7F will convince everyone (and we appreciate that 1-6F seem to have convinced enough people to stick with us for as long as they have already).

Honestly dont mind upper floors content to be like f1-f4 but I hope it will be worth the wait for f7 with new developments and content

Surely there are more dojos that we have not seen, but even with those, it would also become repetitive so, maybe, in some floor the boss is the one who offers us to trade in exchange for submission or something like that, they could make even some of them "fell in love" with Ethan in terms of humiliating him, and betrayed the rest by helping him with trade and so forth, simply to be able to continue to exercise authority over Ethan.

Hopefully we get a progress report soon because the lack of feedback from the devs is concerning. Concerning because we don't know if they are doing anything at all. I honestly have faith they are trying there best but I would just like some confirmation.

Considering the fact koda managed to reply to me being wrong about the delay and then proceeded to not mention anything about the game at all, it seems like a really bad sign to me. Starting to think the false evidence I was given about the update coming out next month might actually be true.

Maybe they've learned their lesson about giving release dates and are done giving half a dozen release dates only to reach all of them and post a new one.

I think the shouldn't give exact release dates just rough estimates when they're certain... which it seems they aren't at the moment, but it's kinda weird since they should be finishing it up, how much more stuff does Bo plan to add?

Release dates are unnecessary, because they just put pressure on to finish by a date certain and you don't know what bugs or whatever else may come up at the last minute. That said, they should do what I suggested before, which is provide fairly regular updates on how things are progressing and where their work stands. It doesn't have to be super detailed but it would certainly help to keep fans engaged and reduce the sniping about delays, since people could read/see for themselves that progress was being made. Just my $0.02. I would do a lot of other things differently in terms of managing the project to reach its full potential as well, but I am not the devs...

That said, they should do what I suggested before, which is provide fairly regular updates on how things are progressing and where their work stands. It doesn't have to be super detailed but it would certainly help to keep fans engaged and reduce the sniping about delays, since people could read/see for themselves that progress was being made. I agree with this, like boko877, that guy tweets weekly about what he is gonna add/plan even when the updates of GBH are bimonthly at best. But at least is something. Not just spoonfeeding baseless hype without giving us a bone.
