About who's worse or better overall, its back to your own preferences. And I think its unethical to discuss it openly.
Since creating 3D animation is always harder than 2D. I wont compare them in a same boat.
Each have its own plus and minus.

If Bo Wei and Koda keep going at the rate they're going, regardless of update delays, in 2 years we'll have either a handful of absolutely massive floors, or a big pile of regular-sizes floors, either way with a bunch of new villainesses with the usual half dozen scenes. It's obvious which is doing a better job here. That is my point.

Yes of course, in term of game completeness. Bo and Koda is better.

Yeah exactly why you see most of these devs stick to a handfull at most of fetishes and generally stick to the ones with broader appeal if you were to try your hands at it i'm pretty sure you'll do the same and focus on 2 or 3 fetishes

you'd need a real team to dedicate devs on certain fetishes if you were going to properly put multiple fetishes in a game which requires alot of funding otherwise you'll get people whining why their fetish niché isnt getting more attention and even IF you have that team there will always be people complaining

I've never liked the inconsistence when it comes to the girls sizes. Cobra seems to have the most obvious examples, sometimes she's slightly taller than Ethan, but at other times she's taller than Khulan, it borders on GTS honestly. Apparently it's some kind of stylistic choice by Bo to show how inferior Ethan feels in those situations, but I still don't dig it, and Bo is infamously bad with proportions, so maybe that has something to do with it.
I don't mind every girl being taller than Ethan, though I'd prefer them being around the same height as him, kinda like Rose/Lily.

I like it, the giantess angle and the towering girls- kind of makes you feel like your fight is more hopeless

On some case I feel the exaggeration is acceptable.
But sometimes its exaggerated too much, to the point Its a tad weird for me.
Only Rose that really fits my criteria right now in term of height and proportion.

The only issue with the height is that Scarlett is 5'9", which makes Ethan (and everyone in the photo) TINY.
I'd be quite happy thinking all the villainesses were well over 6'.

Cobra's size inconsistencies are only there when Ethan's having poison-induced hallucinations. If they're not going to have a bunch of giantesses in the game, those scenes help to satisfy GTS enthusiasts

Especially the information that you have to drop all your savefiles because of incompatibility combined with long waiting times kills it.

The size difference in TOT isn't really close to giantess at all. It's drawn like it's shouta, which is weird because Ethan is "19." But then again the villainesses are supposed to be milfs and size is one way hentai artists depict large age differences, so whatever.

I don't believe you'll be forced to use a new save, but they said it was recommended because they are adding content that you'll otherwise miss since you will have passed that point in the story. Maybe I misunderstood but that's what I took their comments to mean.

On the short versus long floors I'm really torn. I mean, I think at least from the comments here there is a preference for shorter floors so as to prevent there being months and months between updates, yet the creators seem to be much more interested in attempting something more elaborate. Something bigger and more elaborate certainly fits in the story progression of more and more powerful opponents higher in the tower.

Personally, since I think it's vital in this kind of creative work to really be passionate about what you are creating, I think they need to go where they want to go. If you look at other projects it sometimes is an issue when backers are given too much say in the direction of the game and the creators aren't really interested, leading to a lackluster result or even abandonment of the whole thing. It would be a shame if that happened to such a great game, so even though it's disappointing to hear of multiple delays I feel in the end it's more likely to work out for the best the way they're progressing.
