Nope, in fact hanil included Lily's update under July 7th, assuming it will be released on time. He is illustrating the overall change in release dates since Tot began though, showing the increased time lapse between updates over recent months, then predicting the release date of the 6th floor, which would contain an entirely unknown new villainess.
That being said, the game has become far more complicated since the early days. We used to get only a new boss with no content after defeat. Koda's additions have caused longer wait times, but have also expanded the overall game to a much more enjoyable level. I can't speak for everyone, but I for one am more than willing to wait two months between updates with Koda's contributions, than an update a month without them.

except Bo Wei apparently might have fried his power supply, and he might not be able to fix it himself, so thats a tentative new date at best. :FeelsBadMan:

Remember kids, never try to save money on the PSU. You'll want a good one, one with spare wattage because the most efficient range to run them at tends to be quite a bit below maximum power output. And opt only for reputable brands. If your PSU dies, there is always the chance for it to take most of your other hardware along with it. Or it outright catches on fire and it's not just your PC you have to worry about. Buy quality PSUs!

No, its definitely not 100 percent sure. It all depends on when Bo Wei can get his pc running again, or replaced if need be. In fact, no date in here is ever 100 percent, and should always be viewed as tentative.

-Drains levels and skills after a player loss
-Has 4 charms
-When left side has more red then she will use water
-When right side has more red then she will use fire
-Blue charm means a drain attack
-both sides with equal charms means mega attack, deadly and heals her at the same time

I feel for Bo Wei, my PSU fucked up shit a few months ago and took 1 Harddrive with it.
The worst part is that was the harddrive dedicated for porn and hentai, more than 4TB gone in a blink of an eye.
