I am assuming the towerengg.qsp is the file under consideration. If I move that from the old to new, will that truncate the content? I have one from Tower-22.01.22 version

Exactly yes, qsp file contains all the game code and therefore all the available game content for a given version so as you write if you change qsp file from a newer one to an older one then you will lose new content added in this newer version of the game.

Thank you. I suspected as much.
So is there a way to get the cheats along with the latest content. I know I may be being too ambitious, but won't know unless I ask. I love the content and the actors in the game, but I am also a lazy bum who hates to grind.
One thought I had was to play the game using old QSP and cheats, complete the content, then somehow load that save into the latest version and move on. I am hoping that would work, but the latest version with cheats would be utopic!
As always, any helpful or informative response is appreciated.

Just use search option in this thread and you can find qsp file with cheats for version of the game currently available here.

Sorry but we don't need another link to torrent with update which has already been available here for over 4 months, but rather we need your newest one so last final update v24.11.23 but since I guess you won't share it yourself then maybe you could finally unban me on your patreon so then I will pay you this few dollars for this update and share it here with the rest of those waiting.
And besides if it's not a problem please write what you added in your last final update and whether in it we will finally have the opportunity to repeat sex scenes with MC's mom.
Can someone please share their (almost)complete savefile? Mine got fucked by that stupid exam..
