you need to do a "Secret mission" that you must fight in Lion's Temple in Furnace Fields to get the item to unlock the cave
If i remember correctly.. you should be able to collect it from either gold or sliver chest at certain place.. or defeat the chest mimic to get it..Anyone know where to, get/find " Asayian Silk " ?

Because it wont tell you so thats why i said is a "secret".. You should still be able to go there again if i am not wrong
i think one of the book in the library should atleast tell you some combanation to fuse
On the image you provided, there is an 'arrow' pointing 'south/down', on the map . . . clicking on that arrow takes you to where your trying to get to .
