Maybe there's not enough tags in the thread to make it explicit but yes, there is. ToM is a slowburn game, you wont get flooded with scenes quickly, even the "gallery" takes some time to be unlocked. I like the game but it's not for everyone, specially if you dont like grinding and talking a lot before unlocking the next spicy content. On the itch.io page of the game there's more screenshots if you're curious, it's a good preview.
Mostly just when the enemies latch onto you. There is some lesbian fun, lesbian rubbing and lesbian dildoing. But if you're expecting one of the male characters to stick a dick in. You're out of luck. ♀

Agree, there's very few games that could be called similar and fill the same niche type of experience. Most of the sex scenes are serviceable, just good enough to enjoy but not much if you expect more. There's a quite big lack of consistency in most animations if you compare from the mc neutral sprite to when she's in "action" (face, body proportions, positions/perspective used, etc) and some recyclement happens instead of going for something original for each different mob but on the other side the dev is slowly polishing some scenes (like with the slime npc), which is great and quite necessary if they want the overall game quality to be higher.
I talk to the official itcho page and the guy replied I can get a scene with damonea in celestian form.
