The version that is updated on OP is the regular version. You need to pledge like a certain tier in Deimus' patreon page to obtain the latest version with the dev features. I remember that you also had to link your itch.io account but not sure if that's still a thing for this project. Some peeps in here have bought the tier and given out the dev builds for the respective releases in the past but none so far for this one.

That's the second alternate world right? Have you beaten the boss? You need to explore fighting enemies and unlock the bridge, after that you should unlock the tower of the boss, if not keep beating enemies until you trigger the event where you get to the tower

I've already defeated 3 boss demons, but there's just a question mark hanging on the bridge. There's also a little demoness flying around, but she doesn't say anything.

Nel won? I've been waiting for Nel story progression, and it only makes sense since the genie was introduced, its bound to have some Nel interaction. Pretty excited! Topi is also pretty fun.
