I don't think anyone "hates" the dev here. Most people give criticism based on what they experienced (early game story progress and late game story progress). Early game, every event and every character was connected to each other, Nel would give reactions or some sort of dialogue when someone else possessed MC or at least MC would share her experience being possessed. It felt natural and entertaining to watch, you would feel immersed and interested in MC's story and how she progress. Now it feels less immersive and more like generic Hentai JRPGs.

No, there was just one guy who eagerly taunted the dev, called him crap, and encouraged others to also "ruin his day" and such. This happened years back when the dev used to participate here. Thankfully this thread has never gotten that toxic since then.
Yeah, I vaguely recall reading arguments here with the dev before he gave up and left this place. People were unnecessarily mean to the guy.

Deimus has changed things to try and slow down how quick it gets posted here but it's completely in vain. I don't share new versions here but those who do are only going to be slightly delayed and forced to pay out.

Holy crap, in this version you have the option of completely eliminating someone from your relationships. I quite like having a choice that matters so that's cool.
(Well shit, nevermind. It was a total fake-out... the character just returns a few days later and basically goes "oh wait, I don't actually have to care about what you think or how you feel, you're mine".)
(Second update: Okay... so it basically changes her to a fully "antagonistic" (Master/slave) relationship instead of building up to a more positive and somewhat consensual D/s relationship. You lose her as a "true" romance basically, but you don't get rid of her, at least not yet. She gets removed from the relationship list because she no longer cares about you (if Celica doesn't care about her)... there's nothing but the lustful obsession, possessiveness, and desire to use Celica for her own gratification and gain at that point. If you choose to respond positively instead... then the relationship will turn more romantic.)

Yeah, I had BOTH the patreon and dev versions removed from my account. To be fair though, quite a few other devs do the same thing and warn people that they are buying singular builds of the game instead of full access. I got an email telling me things had changed but didn't pay much attention to it admittedly.
Hey, it happened to me too! I can't access it through the library section on itch.io. Did they remove the "Patreon" label or something? Or was it more Patreon shenanigans that forced them to make it all public? I.E, not cataloged as such.
Hella weird.

No, he just deletes and remakes pages for each new version of the patreon and developer builds now so we no longer have full/unlimited access to builds and have to pay for each new one or keep supporting consistently. Definitely upsetting people in the process but not technically breaking any rules.

Frankly I don't blame him. I use the easy method of developing games and it still takes me hours to do like five minutes of content. If I was making a game and taking patrons for it and I heard people were posting my work here? If it meant that more people got the game here than from my patreon I'd do the exact same thing.
