How do i start the mindflayer quest, all the fortune tell says is help Miriam.

Explore Misty Marsh (it'll have a '?' symbol) till you encounter Miriam, and you'll fight a white/grey cyclops (Quick Tip: prepare anti-confusion potions and wear Violet in advance). The quest will end with you on a new location with shady old wizard.
Take over Faylene, go to the shady wizard and use your reveal spell. A fight with mindflayer will start, again have anti confusion potions in advance.
You'll get a ring for winning the fight. Equip it as Celica and explore Misty Marsh, you'll encounter the white/grey cyclops again, this time tho you don't have to win. Defeat the black ones and use the charm spell on white one and let it harass you until it takes you to the mindflayer. Win the fight and you get Dark Nova spell. (Celestian form can easily win you this fight, but if you don't have it yet, again, prepare anti confusion and anti sleep potions in advance).
Any idea who is the last character event ? I've unlocked almost everything in the other ones, even met the living objects you knows where. I just haven't continued much in the dark world because the boss fights are tedious and I don't want to do two more like the first one without anything interesting inbetween.

You actually need to unlock Glace again if not the case, the walkthrough pdf is still up to date on this point. Don't bother about Vivi. If you seem to be stuck for Glace, I also recommend you to advance in other events such as the time machine.

Maybe mistress will let Celica worship her in her celestian form in a future update, and letting her do that will truly cement the bond between Celica and mistress.
I've got a new question, how do I kill the cellshroom that has Busty trapped inside it? (bastard keeps running away, and healing itself after crushing it's health bar. Also do I need to be wearing Velvetia to do it?

Is there any content where I can let Celica turly accept the clothing as her owners?

Right now or as future plans, I'm just finding that content pretty fun, and am curious as to what plans are for the sentient clothings future.

Orbs are given after sleep events with Selena

Dev doesn't reveal plans for future (probably beacuse things can change, or get scrapped) but I'd assume demon clothing are gonna be "Violet" of demon world. Also content comes in next updated is based on what the Patreon memebers vote, so we we know there will be more content just don't know when.
No recipe for Greatest Alchemite (as of now best way to get more is to equip treasure finder, stock up on energy potions and let Nel take over and explore the pyramids).
Complete all of Selena's quests (bascially max her relationship), to get more dark orbs.
