you need to have beat the lamia and free the marader boss by feeding the lamia then talk to the marauder boss get the fork return it to the auction house then get the rock candy give this to the baker in the mines she will give you bread then trade that to the old man for the slab.
I think that you just have to let others control Celica enough time, when their control over her body is high enough they should change the hairstyle on their own and you unlock it
I think that Nel's and a Elize's, i havent found more but i also havent tried with every character
Yes, just the two.
Trigger Elize stealing your body and then take it back over and over. I think the ghost who helps you get it back is Clara(?). Eventually you get the hairstyle permanently.
(If you have access to the Fox Shrine at the springs you can put 5 green on Elize, which may help make this process faster(?))

I am stuck here, I possessed liam, gave his body back. He is stuck here and i cant talk to him because the button does nothing, i cant reposses him. idk what happened or how to fix it. also theres a visual bug on galienes thing idk why

Feels like a bug to me, maybe try reloading a previous save and maybe try to let Liam take his body back somewhere else ?
That might fix it
