As of now Lilith plot ends with her coming through the portal. For the strap-on it's just an item that has no use as of now. Deimus mentioned in his Discord that item will be expanded in a different update.
Just progress the main plot, a lot of times "bond level" is tied to the plot. So do the other quests and occasionlly check what the seer says bout Faylene/Nel relationship.
Fml. I just cleared my save slots and restarted fearing I softlocked myself.
The other two sentient clothes need to see you use the celestian form first and then the hat will ask the next time you go to the house how you freed the other two they will bring up the celestian form, and she will ask to see it then she will attempt the transformation herself after controlling the mc.
Some other guy told me this update was just bug fixes, so the changelog must be wrong
If you took 5s to see the previous posts you would find out it's just bugfixes.
sad tho, debug mode really made the game easier to play.
Keep posing in front of the mirror for a while (spam it), it will appear on its own.
