She can also randomly switch into it from a different grapple too, that's how I got it.

anyone figure out these 3 achievements yet? I have 156/156 secret events yet it gives no hint for these ones on my end. The other one I have left is the bugged hot spring achievement with Faylen

It just gives me ??? like in the bottom right of the original picture attached. If I hover over the Faylen Hot Spring quest, however, it does give me the hint. Hot springs are a bit glitched, every time I go to bath as Celica, it shows an empty sprite image.
Can't meditate there either because it doesn't count when I bathe.

Not gonna lie, waiting for some substantial updates has left me refreshed on the game. Some cheevos are nice, but the map overhaul is super. Same for Noctriel's whole shtick and the fight/loop after it. Greed demon boss battle sucks, but I'm accustomed to it at this point. Still love the pixel love this game is getting.
In a sense, not the most content-dense update, but giving some love to at least the minor things is always nice.

You should be able to show the dildo to Nel now in the new update. If not, it may be that you have to complete other Nel events as a prerequisite before you can show it to her. As for the other one, attempting to rip off Violet will lower her HP. Once it's past a certain threshold, just travel to different locations on any map until the event triggers. To make sure you don't accidentally rip her off before Violet reaches the proper HP threshold, increase the control she has over your body via the Mystic Fox Shrine.
Those with issues opening console you need to extract RPY files and modify keymaps.rpy lines
and then delete all other RPY files in the folder
