I went with Fargrin to the "Mirage Temple", we won, came back, and since then Fargrin has not returned there for the story to continue. What did I miss ?

Try talking to him back at the hideout, also talk to the fortune teller if she has any hints for Violet.

I spoke to him at the lair 2 times (with Violet and without her), and the fortune-teller does not see any improvement in increasing the relationship with Violet.

Wait to use first the invisibility potion and inside use the "Allure" potion...

Ah, then fight the Lamia again (doesn't matter if you win or loose IIRC) then the story should progress.

One week later, Fargrin is still in the hideout...

One week later, Fargrin is still in the hideout...

That is strange... normally you'd find Fargrin as a statue when you fight the Lamia a second time.
You may have encountrred a bug, try progressing the story/doing other quests, maybe it'll solve itself.
