I'm pretty sure this is snowy ridge. Not that pic you posted. To enter the snowy ridge, go into the blue boundaries near the training ground.

There is a in game gallery. The gallery mod just adds to it. So in this case the mod adds a bust or standing art viewer, pixel art room, and a scene replay room.
