can you explain what your error is? is the game not loading? are you getting an error? is it stuck loading? what OS are you on?

Win10. No when i click on the continue Option its not showing the save file. I pasted it in the correct place though where my other save files are. But those are being shown but this one is not showing up in the slot selection place

Are you got save file from someone else (for this latest version) and it is not working for you?
Or you tried to copy/paste some save/s from your older version?
Or something third, or fourth..?
Im not sure that Im following what you tried to say there...

edit. and how it is related to compressed version - did you download it, started and expected a full game save or something?

if you downloaded the save game file from here most lilkey it got renamed you need to make sure that the file name is `fileX.rpgsave` where X is a number corresponding to the save slot you want it to be in

Where is Fae? I go to the library and talk to the woman there and there's no dialogue, so she must not be Fae. I tried to do the quest for the stone going through the door in Rose's storage shed, but couldn't finish, even though I got rid of all the things. I'm wondering if not having spoken with Fae has something to do with that.

Another question. I go on the mission to the Guarded Fortress with Akane, but my Shadow Step doesn't work. I press Q, but the guy always sees me. Any help?

See 2-3 posts above you there is a link for the save file for 1.4.2. I downloaded that one and wanted to use it. Its not showing in the save slot. I played the game a bit and made some of my own save files slot 2 and 3. Slot 1 is for the downloaded one. But in the loading screen slot 1 is always empty only my own saves are being shown.

I did all those stuffs. I have used save files previously. I played the game a bit and made some of my own save files slot 2 and 3. Slot 1 is for the downloaded one. But in the loading screen slot 1 is always empty only my own saves are being shown. The save file is not being shown let alone loading it.

if you are sure that the save data is named correctly and it is in the right location then all I can say is that probably the save data is corrupted

He didn't add that quest as he said when choosing the whirlpool. This update is only the summer event

Ok, delete all files from your save-folder (or make them BAK if you wanna to preserve them), and then extract this attachment (save.rar) there, and try to load the save (file1).

In RPG Maker MV saves are apparently not only saved as a file but also the slot location in saved somwhere in the normally hidden configs... to use Save files you DLed you need to save te game in that slot first than overwrite the existing file with the DL.
That little trick always works... had seen that with other games when I tried to carry over my save files from an old installation into a fresh extract or after restoreing my saves after a HDD crash

This worked nicely. You gave the global rpg save file also which the earlier one i downloaded didn't have. That might have been the cause of failure probably. Thanks

Not sure what you expect... and considering that your review is pretty "garbage" itself as it doesn't contain any constructive critism, advice for improvement or balanceing issues... you might not know yourself.
Some of these labyrinth runners were quiet challangeing I admit, but if you observe carefully and sometimes just constantly save and load they shouldn't even proof a long term challenge.

...considering the links in your signature you might only be interested in plain old VNs... so this game really isn't your kind of game I suppose.
