My feelings are mixed regarding this chapter. Despite being repetitive i liked the goodbye sequence in the beginning, LOVED the under the desk BJ, not crazy about drugging, the double date and getting handsy underneath is a bit cliché but enjoyed it nevertheless. LOVED the sentinel security and Tricia angle, Dan having other options surely helps the story.
Now coming to the last scene (pun unintended), while reading it I had to make sure I didn't accidentally opened a different story. This is practically two chapters smashed into one. I didn't have issue with what happened there, I think it's a hot scene in vacuum, it just felt sudden with no buildup to it. There is also an issue of length and pacing. It's one thing if that scene came at page 25 in a 50 page story, but it came at page 50 in a 70 page story and It's a lot to chew. Imo that particular scene should've been a Chapter 31 scene.
My disappointment stems not from this chapter, but from the overall direction of this story. Its been 30 chapters and we are still dealt with side quests, that too haphazardly. DS seemed to have lot of ideas he wants to explore. Rather than exploring them separately or letting the story progress naturally towards it, he tries to force fit those ideas into the main story and couldn't square the circle. Lester showing Sarah his favorite porn place is a good idea. Sarah trying interracial is a good idea. It's just too much to fit in the tail end of a chapter.
I genuinely think Don silver needs R&R for atleast a month.

I don't know what happens to some writers, they get lost in the stories and some make the characters very hypocritical.
Antarctica77 = In Lisa's friend, the husband said from the beginning that his jealousy was right, in the end the guy was a cowardly jerk who didn't even go to save his son.
Antarctica77 = My neighbor also ended without any ending, it didn't appear if she would be arrested, if she was pregnant, if she lost her job. There could have been a solution and it ends with her husband on the plane to France.
Toxic Attraction = It would be better for Dom to define it as a television series and divide the story into seasons. Remember, Lester still hasn't changed the medicine, he doesn't make her wear his ring when she's with him, wait for him to screw Dan and throw away Sarah's ring. He already screwed her ring once by hiding it and now that he gave one to Sarah he can disappear with the one Dan gave her. I think it's cool that Dan finds another woman, the marriage is already over, he just didn't realize it. Sarah only thinks about sex and fucking, I don't know how she didn't leave the hospital and become a prostitute (she's not afraid of diseases). Anyone who comes along she opens her legs and doesn't know about her health condition.

Besides, she was already acting like a prostitute at school too, I think these are the parts where the stories get all crazy (they are adults doing childish actions, a teenager having sex anywhere, great, now an adult who knows his responsibilities is complicated). I thought about it too when I read the ending I know that the MC found another woman in the neighbour and that could fit in TA if Dan found another girl and Sarah would become so much sex addicted that even Lester loses her and she goes from man to man

The last act here is controversial but I can see its significance. The final version will clear things
The things i liked are dinner scene and the in laws discussion about Dan and Sarah's mother is an extremely welcome addition . It was darkly hilarious
Hoping both these character become regulars from now on .
Also Dan finally looking for another woman .something that we all were asking for .not bcuz Dan deserves it just to create necessary frictions

I do wish we had a better sense of the stories actual timeline. The chapters come out monthly so I think it makes it feel like it's taking forever, but as far as the story goes, by my loose approximation, it's only been maybe 6 to 9 months of time. Which on the surface seems reasonable for all that has transpired.

My only pet peeve about this chapter is the dinner scene should 've had more dialogues . More info About what the in laws think of Dan , more Lester mousing in, more about Sarahs mom

Yeah definitely think that DS was planting story seeds for future chapters. I know a lot of people are unhappy about it, but I do think it's a good thing that DS drops breadcrumbs and then waits chapters to pay it off. It gives him room to maneuver storywise.

Hmm but I can see it going beyond 50 chapters which was my initial estimate
We have to see Sarah's total betrayal , crossovers, resolution of jesse/byron/otis ,the promised video tape , the sentinel and no holds barred fight between Dan and Sarah + the pregnancy arc which I think will be the last arc
