Lester has already said in a previous chapter that he wanted to reverse the operation. All it takes is for Sarah to say, "Okay, do it." I don't see why that couldn't be done in chapter 34. Why drag it out more? This is assuming that the direction of the story is for Sarah to willingly want to be bred by Lester.
