Why are so many ppl here want the family and marriage being destroyed ????
Legitimate question. I'll answer by asking: what story points have you read suggest this marriage isn't already damaged beyond repair? It could morph into a partnership style where Dan learns to embrace his cuckold feelings and Lester doesn't despise him, and they all live happily ever after. But that probability seems really low based on the authors desire to make this a dark story.

Is that where you get hard and can get your jolies off ????
Family values and a trad marriage seem to be topics you care about, nothing wrong with that. I support your voicing an opposing view and encourage you to share your speculation on what you'd like to occur. However keep in mind that the judgmental tone makes it hard to have a respectful conversation.

Bcuz it's a dark ntr story ffs. Families get destroyed here

I don't know if you are reading the same story as me but the genre is NTR that too "dark" Kind. It was clear from the ch1 .

Like what do you expect from this?? What do you want

To me it feels like literotica comment section.

People click and pick a "loving wives " Story and then they complaint about it .

Isn't that a hot topic!! I do wish Lit would carve out more categories, but as it currently stands it clearly states it's a mixed bag of story types, yet many a people get heated over why X story shouldn't be there.

Its not real, its fantasy. Also, Don said from the beginning that the story was dark. Some of us like a dark fantasy. In reality things in a dark fantasy are repugnant, but in a fantasy things can be explored that we ordinarily would not stomach. As I have said before, its like Star Wars. Empire Strikes Back, imho, is the superior film compared to all others. This is in part to the fact that the bad guys win and Darth Vader fucks with his son's head, while exposing the fact that Obi and Yoda have betrayed him, by hiding the truth from him. In fiction, I live for that shit.

There is a saying in German:
"Der Neid der Besitzlosen.”
‘The envy of those who have nothing.’

I assume that many readers (paying Patreon members and non-paying members of this portal) either do not have a functioning relationship or are far removed from a respectful and loving married life.
Therefore, they imagine a world of relationships. They do this to compensate for their failed relationships. They find fulfilment in this imagined world of relationships.
That is the only explanation I can think of...

The ‘defence front’ immediately speaks up and starts shouting loudly !...

If it is as you say, then this story should not be called ‘loving wives’ but perhaps something like ‘psycho erotic thriller’.

‘Loving Wives’ does not mean that any kind of creatures are untouchable, can do whatever they want, trample people underfoot, repeatedly violate their dignity, humiliate them, have men *ugly as sin* have huge cocks that are hard 24/7 and can fuck a company of women *without interruption* and that all women *old or young* are at their feet begging!

Furthermore, what is ‘DARK’ in your opinion?

You know I usually would have ignored but I have to say it bcuz it says "this portal"

1) people can read a story for what it is without projecting their emotions for what it is . Yes it happens a lot

2) regarding your point about functional marriages. I don't think the couple in this story have what you call a "functional " Marriage at all .

The husband pawns off his wife for rent. If this is your definition of functional marriages. Then I don't know what to say here

3) There is a Oscar Wilde quote "All of us are i the gutter but some of us are looking at the stars."

I sense very much judgement and virtue signalling here considering we are all reading the same story of a ugly man seducing another mans wife . It's not a
"conventional " erotica at all

I think what you describe here, skews the ratings of stories on that site.
Yep it skews it a lot. People will 1* it simply because they don't believe the story belongs in the category. Even if the writing and story are really good. Sad but some choose to read the warnings and tags and then get upset when it's not the story they wanted it to be.

Another thing here before going.

Has anybody defined what is a " loving wives" ??

Cuz even in the most milquetoast of these stories. The husband is humiliated , trampled on and his dignity is violated . Even in most milder one

Like that's what the genre is. I do not make the rules and nobody does.( I maybe wrong here)

Also another is how diff the story would be if Lester wasn't ugly but a handsome guy .

People's opinions would be very different of him doing the same things

That's what LOOKISM is lol

Careful PC. Others have the right to live their lives however they want, even if you don't agree with it.

"Loving wives" can be whatever you want it to be in the land of fantasy erotica, but generally most people would agree that Lit's description is apt as a catch-all: Married extra-marital fun: swinging, sharing & more. The "more" part is what some forget to recognize, or willfully don't want to recognize.

I am not sure how much of that will or won't happen, but, I have a thing when Sarah defends Lester when talking/arguing with Dan about Lester. She truly wants Dan to leave Lester alone and that might be the straw on that broken camel's back, Sarah yelling at Dan to back the fuck off and leave Lester alone. Maybe Dan involuntarily cries and Sarah sees it and uses it to emasculate her husband in front of Lester.

I don't think Dan will put up with that.

If the incident that led to her being kicked out of the hospital hadn't happened, and if she hadn't used the cot in her ‘cock-driven blind frenzy’ with her perverted, filthy fuckers, she would have all the trump cards in her hand.
Now that she's basically up to her neck in the mess she created, she no longer has that mental and extremely dominant strength over Dan, nor does she have the upper hand!

But the last word goes to the author DS, who dances to the tune of his ‘golden egg’ paying customers!
They determine what happens!

Actually I would disagree with you on this point, King. I have to give credit where credit is due. As it relates to Lit, the crowd that want's LW to stay trad sharing, anti-cheating, are pretty consistent in their opinions, it wouldn't matter who the guy was or what he looked like.

Though I do understand the bigger point you're making. :)

I am merely expressing my opinion and am not attacking anyone directly.
Some people approve of ‘humiliation, destruction, manipulation, annihilation, blackmail and perversions of all kinds’ and express their views on these matters.
I respect that, even if I don't like it.
Consequently, I also have the right to raise my ‘voice’ against it, and I exercise that right.
Thank you Veri ...

I agree that you have a right to share an opinion, PC, and will always support your right to voice them. Hence why I said careful. However it was straying into the personal. You're an intelligent individual and based on your past posts you are thoughtful in your perspective, which means I know you can craft a response that gets your point across without making it personal.

I'm always baffled by people who read a 500,000 word work and then have judgement like this. Does this reflect your experience? If not, why, as somebody who has invested so much time and thought to this work, do you think it reflects other people's experiences? What's kept you reading and commenting on the story?
