Good update, but feels... really short.
still, monthly updates, so maybe that's to be expected?
Much prefer this to Interim domain, a personal preference, I tried with TID, but just wasn't "feeling" it.
This and N&T are more to my liking... possibly because it's less... hmm, fantastical, more down to earth survival scenario?

updates tend to be kinda short when on a monthly release... but it's not that short, it's a decent sized update considering dev time.
I agree with the second part, TID was alright, but I also prefer this and N&T

Yes, not her best moments in this ep. Thought, she noticed it herself, the MC did and they talked about it, albeit shortly, so i hope it's a lesson learned.

It's good that the dev is reliable, monthly updates are really nice, that they are shorter is understandable.
Personaly i prefer it over half year, or once a year updates, looking forward to it each month.

Yeah, i also wasn't getting warm with TID. It's not bad, but yeah, just not feeling it, i found the setting was interesting thought.
My problem was more the sandbox style, instead of a continuous story and too many girls. I dunno, it felt always as if i was working down a list, trying to solve their problems, which all were long dead/gone.
It also kinda lacked the atmosphere from N&T and this game, with the focus mostly on slice of life, when interacting with the girls. Didn't build up the feeling of high risk, or a real threat either and that despite the fate of the world was at the stake.
The only threat, Ifuma, was ok early on, but kinda faded to an afterthought fast and was just kinda there, rarely. I hoped at least for a nice epic battle at the end...yeah that also didn't happen and the ending was just not really satisfying for me, with the let's just reset everything like where we stoped and don't change anything.

TID Is probably my favorite game out of the three but I can see why it wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea but I loved it because its probably his most unique main reason is because it explores so many deep and interesting concepts such as life, death the afterlife and humans in general I also thought that sending off girls gave the game such a big and deep impact I also loved the endings for the game my only critique is that the sandbox while cool needed to be done in order otherwise if you advanced a girl too far some things dint make sense other then that I loved it.

Toxicity is my second favorite liking it a lot so far and I would rank Now and Then the lowest not because its a bad game but I think that the dev has improved a lot over the years and also because the plot is much more generic than his other two games I still loved it but just rank it the lowest.

accurate tags?
there is not much
It depends what you ask from a game. If you ask for good (not too scary) authentic atmosphere with good character, it's a good game. Not if you ask for meaningless sex, probably not. If we take into consideration devs previous game, there will be lot of sex.

I hope the problem isn't that only men turn into monsters, we already had a misandrist group in N&T, and I hope that doesn't happen again here, even a new Sydney has already appeared.
Well lets hope this time arround Sydney doesn't stay behind somewhere as soon as we meet the first totaly obvious hostile group, which tries to kill the MC...
That being said, yeah, i hope that mist/fog or whatever it is, isn't picky and only turns men. Thought, it seems to affect everyone the same so far.

Hehe well there isn't set that many tags yet but those seem with enough accuracy for now. I wouldn't say it is "horror" though, more like suspense at least for now, pure horror genre usually isn't my thing anyway but won't make me "run away" from the game if it turns more into that genre. It is just stressful situations that put the characters on their toes sometimes.

Yeah, I think the sandbox-ish style is what really got me. When I download an update and my next choice is a list of names I can't recall along with no context doesn't make me enthusiastic to play. That coupled with the disjointed nature of the narrative that comes along with sandbox elements like this, I just dropped it and forgot about it.

N&T and this one feel more similar and I enjoy this type of storytelling. It kinda feels like watching The Dome, but much better. I really like good post-apocalyptic stories like this but Hollywood really can't just tell good stories anymore.

Hmm...also seeing that line in the developers notes, "You'll have to earn their trust because they have lives to return to if they survive their situation."...is sort of a turn off. And definitely not feeling like a harem vibe ending will happen with that type of statement.

And I agree yet another sandbox structured grind title to get some action...(sigh).

Regards
