It's Laura - and my guess is that the wet hair/lighting makes her look like she got a dye job.
This is the first time I remember Laura having hair that dark though, regardless of circumstances.

Well, the story is getting better and better. Sex scenes are really really good.
My only critics is how convincing is food and water collecting for the characters: they should have starved to death by now.
Anyway, Kallie is now my favourite female character the Author has ever made. Previously my favourite was Sydney.

They have tap water, so that is not a problem at all for now.
Regarding food: The whole thing has been going on for 3-4 weeks and they had access to the burger shop for some part of it. You don't starve that quickly*. The only one that would have run into problems in that regard is Shelley, but you can explain that away by saying that she or one of her roommates had stocked up on a bunch of noodles/rice shortly before this catastrophe started.
*There is a general survival guideline of a "Rule of threes": 3 minutes without oxygen, 3 hours without shelter, 3 days without water, 3 weeks without food.
Spot on mate, you make an excellent point. Water is no issue in all the locations so far, it's really just food. ILS could add a line about her having some cans of food stored up etc, but it's reasonable to suggest that between an entire dorm, there was a fair bit of food around the place.

Depends. A lot of US colleges ban alcohol from campus.In-room beer fridges mostly I'd bet.

I agree ! The story and writing improved quite dramatically so far, compared to the previous games (and the visuals). But while the sexy times are very nice and pretty good, they could use a little bit of "more" imho. More creativity and "fun" and maybe a tiny bit longer in general. Rn it just feel like it's the area where the devs improved "the least".
I think she might have enter my top 10 fav avn girls of all time if i'm being honest. She is a perfect waifu.

I think considering they produce a new chapter without fail every single month so far since release and they tend to contain about an hours worth of content each time, it's probably an unrealistic ask for them to also make the sex scenes more in depth with even more detail, especially since there's now multiple women the MC could potentially bang. Why are we so sure that those lights are a good thing? Maybe the witch(es) is(/are) the advance force for the extraterrestrials who are now invading in force.
I don't actually believe that, since I believe that what our crew is dealing with is something supernatural, and not zombies or an interstellar invasion. Sorcery and witchcraft could explain what has happened.
On the other hand, sorcery and witchcraft would be very difficult to overcome. Maybe they'll run into Harry Potter... or, even better, Hermione Granger!

Let's get this out of the way, since it's been reported at least half a dozen times: We are aware of the weird render where John is in the dorm room and Laura's leg is just floating in the background. It's just an error and not some attempt to start messing with your minds. Also, we've yet to figure out how it happened as Laura's not set up in that part of the scene when we were doing the render, so maybe its supposed to be unintentionally creepy.
As for the current chapter, we're deep into it and have major portions of it already written and built. For those of you waiting for the group to get back on the road again, this one (and the next few episodes) will be for you. But, that's not to say that travel won't have its own wear and tear on the group.
A bit of fair warning: there is a choice in this chapter that is far more important than you might think when you see it. For those going in blind, we won't spoil any more than this. Anyone using the walkthrough will see the future ramifications mentioned in the notes.
(Also a TID update included and posted on that thread)

The first slide of the new update shows that our band of travelers has upgraded their defensive capability a bit: we now have an axe, BB bat and Shelley is carrying what looks like a small fire extinguisher.
I suspect that they will need all of these to survive the journey across campus.
