He wouldn't have approved on going because MC wanted to leave Eve alone at least for some time it was Lauras whole idea to go back and bother Eve again behind his back after MC had literally just spoken to Eve and told them she wanted to be left alone, the point is Lauras whole idea to go alone without telling him was dumb to begin with because not only is she putting herself in danger but the whole group as well and she lied even Eve called her out on all of this.
I'm not arguing that she went early. but MS agreed that it would come off in 2 days.

It's worthwhile keeping in mind that they lied for a specific reason that imo wasn't relayed excellently (I have altered this in the script if ILS chooses to keep it) because the reason they were lying to MC, is to keep him safe. Over the last month he's been pushing himself more and more both physically and mentally. ILS has covered this nicely by bringing up him not eating as much food, not sleeping as much as he should and spending way too much time out in the fog than everyone else. Their worry, was that in the agreed upon plan, he would escort the women to see Eve and try and convince her that they're cool etc and in the process, would be left outside in the fog waiting for the conversation to end.
Counter point to this the end result is that they caused MC to exhaust himself more physically and mentally so in the end it backfire massively it was a pretty dumb decision on Laura's part in my opinion regardless of the intentions I don't really blame the other two girls though they were just going along Lauras plan plus they are young and naive.
This would have happened anyway, but the MC would have been in the fog longer because he was waiting for the girls to talk.

After MC returned from talking to Eva during dinner, Laura says she should talk to Eva because she might not be comfortable talking to a guy. She says she'll go see her in two days.
