Interim's harem was locked behind the recent Director's Cut New Game+ requiring you to play through the game twice to get it wasn't it? I think we'd all rather it be like Now and Then where its possible in a singe playthrough.

No, it only requires one play-through, but it has to be on hard mode--which means that if you'd played through it before the DC (when hard mode didn't exist), you'd have to start over.
