They are software used to render animations, "SFM" is the older one (Rule34 animations were started using SFM), "Blender" is the newer, better, higher definition engine. Almost all the porn ads of videogame characters you see on adult sites, are made using Blender. Very few artists still use SFM, most are transitioning from SFM to Blender because of the higher quality of models and animations, so the SFM archives are older works, Blender is recent and up-to-date, better quality works.

not sure how it happened, but whoever compiled these named two files the same thing in the same folder (ashcowgirl.mp4 and Ashcowgirl.mp4 in the SFM collection). they are different files, so when 7zip or whatever you use asks when you unzip, make sure to auto rename and not replace.

Dude, his sfm stuff was literally unwatchable if you were used to other Blender stuff by that point already. He got better with it towards the end of his stint with it, but since he switched to Blender himself it's at least up to par with other creators out there.

Uninstall it, do an anti-virus scan just in case you have the version with malware on it and then you can choose a proper torrent client.
