Correct,one upgrade to the end changes how the girl reacts to your advances.
It's a cool game but once you get your technique up she cums instantly and it becomes a real chore.

I think v1.1 added a button that keeps that from happening,so you can just go to town. Until someone uploads that though some fellow uploaded a modded dll one page back to make the purple lights reduce excitement. Still can't use some positions for more than a second though.
with which unzip program could I extract the files? 7 zip don't help. When I start it there is a error message

I used 7zip to open it though? Hate to sound like tech support but what was the error message,also did you either re-download or try a different source?

Shouldn't,far as I know it's just using the appropriate version for your OS 32 or 64 bit,but someone more knowledgeable can correct me. Had to build a new rig and linux intimidates me,so I'm not sure which programs have broken over time for win7.

so anyone know how to get the game to be in english? for me its still on japanese(windows 10 btw)
So that you can buy unlimited time as a power-up.
A poster on the previous page recommended moving the game to a location with a short path.

Note that the translation seems to be applied through BepInEx. So anything that might get in the way of BepInEx (such as running the game through a Windows emulator) might get in the way of translation.
If you're having trouble try moving the game to a shorter path. You want to be running something like:
c:\games\TrainMod\電車改変おさわり痴漢.exe
Not:
c:\users\someuser\Desktop\RJ01311255\電車改変おさわり痴○~お手がる痴○空間クリエイト~ver1.0.0\電車改変おさわり痴漢.exe
Also CarbyneX: Most of the lines the girl speaks on the train is still MTL, but the UI is mostly hand translated, so it's not just MTL

Do you even need to? Between rides, you get points for buying upgrades. Each of which is quite cheat-worthy.
Also, you can get away with more if a train is crowded.
