Managed to edit the save to this travesty. The uploaded save contains all 17 stages completed (including the girl on the right of the succubus, who doesn't appear when using this save). You cannot replay the stages, so this makes it a form of "gallery save".

Place the "save.dat" file in the same folder as the .exe. Remember to make a copy of your original save, if you're serious about playing this game to completion.
