Because then they could become another Wagner and suddenly decide to attack Moscow.
But with all their limbs under your control? You can make them do absolutely anything with absolutely zero risk for you.
Well, that is also why we have ranged weapons. Plus in the case of cybernized convicts you also won't need to pay them, they'll be like equipment that only needs maintenance every once in a while.

Well, this is all just hypothetical of course. Like flying once was, right? :sneaky::coffee:

Not really for 0 risks because to be able to control them then you must possess some kind of control device which can be used by someone else so you would still have the risk of a Wagner revolution 2:electric boogaloo(unless you decide to use a telepathic military commander and clones like FEAR but that seems way more complicated than cybernetics).
Also while you don't need to pay the cyber-convicts you need to mantain them and I'm sure it's much more difficult than giving them weapons and equipment.
I mean the cyborg-slave army idea is neat I just don't find it very practical.
On top of that you don't really need cybernetics for obedient soldiers just some good old brainwashing and propaganda.
Just look at the SS during WW2.

The tool isn't 100% free either, to use it you need your own API account and have to pay the cost of the API.

But yes you can use gpt4 with it.

Seriously? Why is this a thing that's allowed?

If I bitched in every thread with stuff I don't like, I would be on f95 for at least 5 hours a day...

Damn. A cyberpunk battle fuck game with a female protag sounds like fun. But way too many of those tags are way outside my wheel house. Checking out the translation quality is intriguing but this game...I just can't.

Hi Doragor

the save "doesn't work" because it's the game system that don't know it's existence, so, to use the new external save you have to tell to the game system: create a new save for me and select the slot needed (if the new external save it's like this "file10.rmmzsave" you have to change/rename the number of the save from 10 to 2 if you have the slot nr.2 active, or save in the slot nr.10 and after that you replace it with your required save and done, now you can use that save
