You can unlock cowgirl, titjob, and titjob+blowjob combo, but that's about it when it comes to the interactive scenes. There are some erotic animations for going to different locations too, just don't let her get molested on the train more than twice unless you wanna lock yourself out of the epilogue "after story". One strength of the game is how the different hair/clothes actually change her appearance during the sex scenes. It's not very common for pixel games to give you that level of customization.
All that effort put in the game and then the important part is just crumbs of content. Is there content exclusive to the after story? If not there's really no point.

Train molestation happens when she gets her weekly checkup (on Wednesdays, I think?). Be careful about having sex the night before, because she might oversleep and not trigger the appointment event. If you want her to get molested, pick the "cry out" option on the train. If not, pick the "pinch hand" option.
The massage is triggered by going to the shopping district and not being suspicious of the parlor. Do it multiple times to get all of the scenes.
In endless summer mode you can trigger the train scene on any day simply by going out to the station.

This fixed the resolution/resizing bug for me as well
To be specific:
1) Open "Nvidia Control Panel"
2) Head to tab "Adjust image settings with preview"
3) Select "Let the 3D application decide" and Apply.
