Dlsite does translation when asked for by the dev, and it cost some money.

There the Dlsite translation, which is officially a full translation by peoples speaking both language (original and the one being translated too).
There the AI translation which is a MTL with ui manually translated.

The thing is to know if the incoming translation is AI or not.

I'd assume AI (their fancier way of saying MTL) until proven otherwise. Especially since it's somehow this until Kagura releases their version. If it'd a competently made english version, idk why they'd even need the Kagura version, as they could just put that on Steam themselves

You don't have the DLC installed properly. Download the DLC standalone and replace the Data folder in the game files and it will work.
