To me it's a 95% certain that they are the same
Edit. So in the translator credit wibuntr is credited for the TL ... damn that 5% was just in case he changed his mind about giving up TLing this, I guess he did ...

I have a full translation to this game that I edited myself. I will upload it tonight, I am just finalizing some formatting issues.

The patch is finally done, took a lot longer than I thought to work out the formatting issues.
You will still need to run the game in Japanese Local. Everything other than menus and title screen are translated.
Just drop the patch.xp3 file into the game folder. Where the .exe is.
