I think the problem is tied to r18+ of those figures. The site probably doesn't show them by default. Btw, the other one is Terena in her cow outfit

The size difference can be seen If you rewatch his first vanilla scenes with Arika and Rietta, then EV 31 and compare his size to how he is now
