Yes, the events after 1.12 are raw but they are translated, organized, and summarized by fans here on this forum. Each timeframe the fans translate each text and convert it to a desired language and share it here for free.

With the coliseum thing, the noteworthy thing I can recall is the "sword" fight between Arika and the King if I understood that's what the place you are referring to. Other than that, I don't recall any other important events after that. It might be a glitch?

maybe some unfinished marker, it happens with a guard blocking the gym entrance, and it is not related to the "sword figthing " scene

It would be great if there was a scene where all three lewdly dressed girls were put on collars and led like dogs in the square during the day and countless people in the kingdom and Kurt witnessed it. Afterwards, there will be a group sex session in the square and people will be able to use all three as public toilets after witnessing it.

Sounds like something that would be essentially near the end of the game, if not a possible ending honestly, if it were to happen

No. the new scenes are never added as an ingame update since version 1.1 and 1.2. Takeda post them as gameplay videos and he probably wont add them as updates until the game is finished.

Dont get me wrong, the scenes are tecnically still being added to the game, but only Takeda has them.

Unless he change his mind and add some of the scenes on one final demo update, you will have to wait until the full game releases to be able to play them yourself.
