Nah, he does it all HIMSELF. And they're still better than other RPGM with only a few CGs (some even doesn't have background). What are you expecting for? Smooth animations like anime or sth like that? Even most of VNs only use CGs, not "animation".

Most likely, its part of Takeda plans. he even added a default voice for an old arika event, we can't confirm anything yet tho, cause he hasn't talked about this for some time as far as i know, so we have to wait for now.
