Like the dude above said, i think 90% of jp ero games on there, some has eng TL ver from the dev themselves but quality one is quite few.
Another site you can buy from is kagura, they have much better TL but much fewer games.

Hey Guys take a Look at this. I accidentally found these 2 artist who has similar art style even Breast size,The Face Expression, Coloring the art style is so accurate you wont even notice.
