TH only released one video, and that is from the POV of Kurt.
TH has stated that he will from now on only release videos from Kurt's POV, in order to surprise us for the future, when the game is complete.
I posted this a few times, and even reuploaded them again, as files disapears over time in GoFile, but videos takes longer to vanish, so most are still here.
Don't worry, I reuploaded the ones missing here.
And it's up to date, so even the new Terena video is in here.

As for the subtitles, robus77 has made pretty much all the subtitles for the videos (not the 'Full' ones, just the official ones released on fantia), and he put them in a Proton Drive, so they won't disapear, unlike GoFile.
Then where it is? Use the 'search' on the top right of the page and look after 'subtitle drive' on this thread, and you'll find it easily, especially if the posts in question are by robus.
OR... You can go to his profile, where the link is the 'ABOUT' section. Noticed it myself just now.

its mainly about the author now and his progress on his projects, people in here really seem to like this guy and are invested in his day to day doings which is not something you see often for h games artists

Well, she does show up more than any other NPCs in game, so it would be fun.
Now HERE is an idea:
A short story with the shopkeeper from her POV.
It starts with Shopkeeper and Kurt having a conversation, and when he leaves, the Shopkeeper goes back to her stockroom/warehouse or whatever, and looks at her collection of crystal balls, and looks at the AV recordings of Arika, Rietta and Terena being drowned in pleasure.
As she watches the videos, we will see her perverted side, as she starts to masturbate as she watches the lewdness happening to the girls, and gets more into it as the Shopkeeper goes from one crystal ball to another.
At the end, she will have a big orgasm with a loud scream that fits a beast, and at the afterglow, she hopes that one day, she will join one of the churches orgies soon.

Found some pictures or rather spriters on Spriters Resource of our favorite Shopkeeper, although 'She' seems to be a 'He' in this case.
But I did find a female variant somewhere else, so that's something.
Not much to go by as these don't give us a 'bigger picture' of the Shopkeepers appearance.

I guess the character is just a generic RPGMaker sprite or something. That's probably why Kurt has that line where he says "oh yeah, now that I think about it, she is a woman" in one of the early scenes.
