Okay, I'm pretty sure I found the conclusion to that ending 2, in which you get perma-chastised by the witch. I was right about maxing stats, although more than just the yellow upper right numbers.

After losing to the witch at her full power, getting all the lewd curses and a forced happy face wherever you go in public, you walk around and lose to monsters in the forest until all the bottom left numbers in p1.png hit 99999. Then, exit the forest's main entrance and it should transform to what you see in p2.png - The path opens for you to go face the witch one final time, and seal the deal with what I think is a proper bad end.

Any other endings besides these two? I'm surprised I have yet to see one with the doppelganger, that could've easily taken MC's place as hero and left MC in the bind.
What exactly did that shared senses curse she left us, really do in the end?
So many questions, so many reasons to come back and replay this game.

I think there are at least 4(5) endings:
- the true one were you beat the blue fox
- the one Philia just talk above were you lose to the witch
(- losing the witch when you get helped by the thief (I think ), so you don't have all the curse, give the baby ending, but you can continue to the blue fox)
- the secret one when after losing to the witch you go to the tower and speak to chimera
- when you lose the fight again cerberus and return to him without removing the chastity belt

Nothing special seems to happen by just speaking to the chimera after losing to the witch, the chimera merely tips you of the 99999 stat requirement for that ending I just described no? Does the chimera give you a bad ending scene that "ending 2" does not?

I don't remember well, but Iruru choose to stay with the Chimera and there wasn't any scene just text. Maybe it wasn't after the witch or I've met strange condition to access the ending.
