Here is what I do know: I extracted the app.asar file using 7zip and renamed the app.asar to app.old, then went into the newly created app folder, now, this one is NOT like typical tyrano games, the app folder is distributed differently thanks to its using an "electron architecture", basicalyy moving the file locations into an unfamilar arrangement, THIS blocks mtool and the free version of Translator++.
The files can be translated through google translate and other tools, but translator++ is currently refusing to cooperate, and while you can translate the text in Goog TX, it IS annoying!
You MUST pay attention to where Goog TX splits the files, if you don't, it breaks the game.
In this instrance, the file splits need to be between bracketed line spacing as below, or you'll break the translation.

I have no experience regarding translating the other files and would personally leave them alone.
In the same note, if you have a penchant for self induced torture, you can use google image translate to do a rough translation of the image files, its time consuming and messy, but it does work.
IF the game works with your freshly translated json and image files IN the app folder, you can delete the asar file to save space.
And no, I am not going to bother translating the game.
