Go to first room. Top right near the hole use one of the items (Grandchild's arm as per translation) and you will get scissors. Cut the gym cloth with it and you get a key to open the door on the room with the angel. I machine translated the game to play.

In short, no, l suck, sorry.
I overestimated my <year knowledge of Japanese. Took a break after February from trying to translate it to focus on studying Japanese, since l was quickly spiraling into plugging everything into google translate and trying to make sense of it. Picked up the project again on Saturday, the intro and first few rooms are done but there's a lot left. Focusing on it 24/7.
