Would you tell me how to install this file? I search data folder but only see .wolf file
We use , a 3rd party program for translations and cheating.
Extract translationDone.json into the game folder.
You pull the GamePro.exe of the game into MTool and it will open options for Translate.
Then you can "load translation file" in MTool and use the translationDone.json file.

For anyone who is versed in japanese and/or got the mtool working: How do you trigger the scenes between the party members?

I've finished the game with the True Ending (every boss alive, 100 affinity on everyone) but I can't figure out how to get them to do the deeds together (which is supposedly possible and in the bugged 1.04 gallery many of the wrong thumbnails show those scenes). Every other scene (main quest, sidequests, optional H scenes, battle) I've unlocked but it's that gameplay portion that I cannot make it work. If the ci-en comments are any indication they are in the game and can be triggered but what's the requirement?

EDIT: I suspect it's the heart option on the bottom left in the menu but it doesn't work if selected.

I already did that for the 100 affinity.
Unless you need to gift them something specific.
Did you try using the "beg" command while on the airship?
Q on the keyboard.
Iris can use it on all party members over 30 likeability
Other girls can use it on Iris, Luka and Liondude
As for special scenes for the dragons and npc girls, you need to use Iris's heart skill that transfers S or M to make them horny. When you leave the screen the scene will start.

That's the thing I couldn't get to work but now it does.
You have to give the 10000 G gift item to someone (as you said either as Iris with 30+ affinity or the other girls) then go to the menu and use that "beg" command. Q key on my end doesn't work for that though.
Weirdly enough until you leave the airship one use seems to be enough for all characters. I only used one and have unlocked most of the scenes with it. That being said Iris -> girl doesn't seem to progress beyond the first scene 1, cycling through normal, S and M.

... could have used that knowledge earlier when I farmed 100 affinity on everyone since the "beg" command also raises affinity. Oh well.
That tip about her heart skill is great though, thanks. Time to stress test more then.

EDIT: That being said though none of the girls sans Iris gets a scene with Alfonse. That's fucked up.

This is funny, but even if you take the trouble to forgive the Enforcers, the story doesn't change at all. Not even a different ending, and apparently, the story should continue after defeating Odin but it doesn't.
Even so, the game is not bad at all, there are many things that are totally irrelevant, like affection, there is no point in raising the affection to the maximum in one or all the characters because it does not affect the end of the story at all nor do you get an exclusive scene for affection.
Looking at the two possible routes, pacifist and genocidal, both seem to have a direct continuation but once you reach the end everything resets.
There are still some scenes that cannot be seen, but they put so many characters that the scenes feel repetitive and even lack variety. For example, the defeats against monsters, each girl has her scene with a specific monster but they don't have any other with another type of monster.
I think that if they had taken a few more months, or even a year, it could have been a much better game, including more story and more scenes. I hope Acerola doesn't end up dying because of this failure and takes this game as an example to make an even bigger but well-made one.

Letting the enforcers live is only one part for the True ending unlock. You also have raise the affinity of every party member to 100. After defeating Odin you proceed to the True Ending route.

Oops, I forgot that you could increase Al's affection, which is why it didn't unlock the true ending.
Anyway, story-wise, this is their best game without a doubt. As far as HCG goes, it follows the same repetitive pattern as all their games, but I guess that's their trademark.
Now I hope they make an equally long NTR with multiple characters, endings, and maybe even a sequel.

It seems we are getting daily bug fixes now. Patch 1.06 is out

--Version 1.06 bug fixes--
-Fixed Enforcer behavior
-Fixed H-scene behavior
-Fixed Lilna's skill behavior
-Fixed brothel behavior

To their credit, it seems they really want to fix this game.
