Yeah, a bunch of angry Japanese people threatening to sue Acerola and a company that doesn't give any information about the game and it has been two days without applying any update to solve the problems.
They are so pissed off that dlsite the game has a 3.36 for those who don't know dlsite games start counting from 4 stars
4 stars would mean a bad game, or 0 and 5 stars would be a good game or 10 now the game it has 3.6so it is in the category more than garbage do not buy it

no, It's a game in version 1.0 that didn't even let you start playing, it gave you an error on the title screen, so you get an idea of how they release it

I get the buggy game and the no update from the devs but suing someone from this? They could just file a refund or something. No need to go that far especially since the team who's making the game lost someone.

It's what they say I don't know how far a Japanese who can't masturbate can go in his threats. They claim that acerola have been sold very expensive smoke, that the CGs they promised do not exist(lie) and the silence of Acerola considering that the forest has been burning for two days.
It could be one of two things: they've thrown a party with boats and whores or the game has so many problems that it's taking too long to fix it.

At this point, i don't think Acerola's reputation can be restored, or not.... I can't understand what inside Japanese's mind when they can't masturbate...
It would have been less worse if acerola said the game would be out in april or may instead of taking out the game with all the bugs and errors, also the fact people spend money on an unfinished game is understandable on how angry the people is.
I also understand the news of the company losing a employee i think, but the fact they take out the game with so many errors show they dont care about the work the employee but though the game, they just care for the money.
I am truly disappointed in the company Acerola. Considering that the games they make have great art and the voice acting is amazing, I think releasing this game literally unfinished is going to ruin their reputation. It's a shame because the game looked promising.

I said it in a previous post, but I dont think they could delay it anymore. They had a Collab Cafe (Bar) planned and even advertised their game on billboards in town. So to delay the game would mean cancelling all of those which costs money, which may have been more than they wanted to lose.

I could do an edited MTL of this if noone else is planning to, once the game is fixed.
I think that in the end, while they were debugging, the black screen bug appeared, one or two days before the game's release, so they couldn't postpone it any longer and had to release it like that.
At least they released a patch for the battle bug or else the game would be unplayable.
Personally, i think that everything came together, the bugs, the release on a weekend, the event at the cafe. The problem is that they haven't made any statements anywhere and the game is still on sale, more and more people are buying it so the situation is only getting worse. They only said something on Ci-en when they posted v0.2 saying that they are aware of the bugs and that they are working on it. If they had at least made that announcement on X i think everything would be calmer.
I find it difficult that they can recover from this for future projects, if they are still active after this.

Hey, did manage you spare Shion (the chainsaw girl). I did all the possible quests, but the option to spare her doesn't appear on my screen unlike the other bosses.

Acerola defo got too ambitious with this title considering all the non-game shit they have set up in tandem (a fuckin bar? wut?). it's a massive shame considering they usually deliver gold that may have a few scratches here and there but atleast playable.
this is a massive PR disaster for them kek

in our culture refunding is quite normal because of garbage quality and scams. in their culture something like this should NOT happen period. We will never empatize with their standing on this

In Japan, people usually only take one day off, Sunday is the beginning of the week. As freelancers, they can decide when to rest or work.Imho I think its much simpler... they don't work weekends
Taking into account what has happened, they could have decided to work on Saturday and Sunday, fix a large part of the game, and rest on Monday. But they have done the opposite and now the fire has spread, I don't know how they are going to put it out.
Personally I think it's a game and I don't care but there are people who don't.
