Some of the angry comments on ci-en were in English, not really just a Japanese thing. Heck anyone who's worked a service job knows irate customers can be quite something.
I am curious also, this game use another program? cause usually acerola makes the games on rpg maker or other ones. Why they decided to change that.
Well, this reminds me of Subverse from Studio Fow. Some of the promised contents were not present after the full release.

This is because the main key artist died suddenly in the final pase of production bro. And it has delayed the release, which was supposed to be released in December, to the end of January. Due to this pending, and already set schedule, they have to keep the release date. But there are still a lot of bugs and problems in it, and these weeks are also the holiday season, so many are going home to their families. There must be a fix patch later, especially since the problem is quite fatal.
They could have delayed the release even more since their dev member died, which is understandable to the rest of us. But I can't think of why they insist on releasing a game in a rush that clearly cannot pass the QA phase.

Just out of curiosity... did you manage to extract all the CGs from the game?
If so... could you share them?
The CGs are just parts of each others, you need to assemble them one by one using picture editor. I'm not doing them.
If you wanna do them yourselves, you can just use any wolf extractor out there.

Acerola just responded. Expect at least weeks of bug fixing and more later. Judging from the extracted CG however, I found no thumbnails for their gallery mode currently. This is not the case for their previous games since there had always been thumbnails for gallery mode, which means Acerola could've released the game knowing it was unfinished due to some collab deadlines.

and two weeks for the voices that means the game officially release on February 10th what they released on the 25th was a joke I guess
They have updated dlsite to 1.2 I hope that nothing more needs to be done like deleting files

I think there should be a better way to re-assemble them, but I am no coder. Does anyone know if there is tool available to do this?

Ya just read it, the biggest nothing burger of a response ever. Also tried to blame the wolf editor for some of the issues they are experiencing but they have been using wolf for every damn game so why is it this much worse now? Response just feels like a forced to reply than actually wanting to type up they did in just a few minutes.

They clearly didn't finish adding everything and just straight up sell the game like it was done. As with what i said with the gallery thumbnails thing, which has been in every Acerola game to date, any Acerola game would come with some sort of straight up 100% CG unlock (teddy bear or the dick beaver creature) but not this title for some reason, and the missing thumbnails for the gallery mode is proof they tried to sell an unfinished product.

most of their games are on Wolf RPG actually. They have used RPG Maker for a few of them though iirc

The sad part is you can't tell if its 1.2 manually patched by some1 with the patch on cien or fresh download from dlsite.
Hopefully we can except their next game to be polished af in return, lol.
