It will indeed be translated, but just in case people still wonder, the chance of it being uncensored are low, it will pretty much a fan uncensor like the one people did for Ayura Crisis (aka redrawing), but if this game is as good as the other one, if not even better, I don't see why nobody would do it, maybe just not in the coming months (unless they got nothing else to do)

Sadly no. Its illegal sell in it uncensored in japan, meaning as long as its sold on dlsite (japanese company) itll be censored regardless if its meant for english audiences.
