Its a patch, you can download 2.8 version then applied the patch 3.1.

Don't apply all the patch into the game It will change the Episodes and versions from the game Just apply the AE1 version for the 2.8 or 2.2

After a specific request, here's a SLRMTL for AE1 v3.1. (Not part of the collection.)

This is a complete mess, please do not use this for a Game-Release thread.

Known issues:
Picture/Video based text not translated. (There's a lot.)
State descriptions not translated. (Really tedious and annoying to do.)
There is a specific scene after interacting with a costume locker/shelf thing in which it asks for a costume_8_normal file for athi that doesn't exist. That is a problem of the original game, you can bypass the scene by putting another file with that name in there. For example the kaori folder has a file with that name.

Note:
There's a weird text plugin I wasn't able to test properly. If you notice messages that seem to end after the first word, tell me, then that probably means it needs non breaking spaces.
I didn't want to do that by default because they eat more space, long text might escape the screen, and in general the result looks pretty bad.

Installation:
Change your system locale to Japanese(Japan) to rule out Unicode errors. Locale Tutorial
Then you can just extract the translation to your game folder and overwrite.

1.1: Fixed info: plugin font size entries.

If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug, or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

Seem to be getting this error still when applying the MTL to the patched 3.1 version. I am on Japanese system locale and able to boot the game normally without it.

Shisaye I have the same bug as mentioned before, tried looking for "selectLastEventItem.js" but couldn't find the file inside plugins folder. I updated the game to v3.1 with the previous patch shared. I'd appreciate your help with this

I don't know what that patch does/includes, the translation is based on the actual full 3.1 release, and I still have no intention to try to upload it considering the size (2.2gb). I have 5mbit upload on a good day...

But I've attached the original js and data folders of 3.1, maybe that's enough to get that patch version running. (You will have to apply the translation again afterwards.)

On the 2nd day, I visit the area like a temple or something, then athi picture got replaced by a girl with long blue/ black hair SHe is investigating something and as she enter she then starts to inspect things and ask the receptionist and

She then changed outfit in the locker.. and she changed into a prostitute outfit or a really minimal clothing, the picture shows her bust picture as naked but there is a constant error pop up stating that the picture unable to be loaded and I take a look it wants to load up the costume no 8 which I check , it isn't there in the folder.

thats supposed to be in ep3, for some reason it just got inserted to ae1
