Not really? You could not engage in any sex acts after the scene at the beginning of the final debt repayment I guess, but there are three ending paths: BAD ENDs for failing to meet a repayment deadline, BAD END for succeeding but fucking less than some ridiculous number of people, and TRUE END for succeeding at fucking said ridiculous number of people.
