Use MTool and choices & picture RPG files provided in the first thread and you have a somewhat translated game, it's better then nothing.
If you have issues with this game from Kimochi use the one from Otomi, certain files need to be extracted with a Japanese unicode so you don't have errors when you play the game then just change back to what ever you have before after extraction.

If you mean for the " happy end + continuation " you need train her first, first talk to her a lot to get her trust you will need to talk a lot and don't do lewd, after you talked to get enough if you have more then 400-500 affection then more to the other stat. Don't have sex with her first molest while she sleeps and don't insert just touch and kiss & lick, after you raised certain about of points with her in the evening you can ask her for sex and that must be her first time after that night you will receive "the happy end" and you can continue the game without being brought back at the title screen. Keep in mind if she catches you while you molest her mood will go to 0 and you will need to treat her with gifts and will not be able to touch her for a day or 2.
