I've fertilized the girl since day 11 (at her consent, i.e. 1000 on both relationship stats) and I've been playing for another 30 day cycles and still nothing other than the vagina stats that shows that she's pregnant. No pregnant belly, not even the internal view says anything. Not even an ending. Do I really have to skip up to about 100 days or something to see the effects?
Checked the latest comments from dev's posts and apparently the pregnant belly has not yet been implemented anyway, damn, and the dev is on a major business trip, guess have to wait on that.

my experience with this is... you solve this by going back to when you're about to extract the game. before you extract, press alt+n, change the language to japanese, and then extract.
so, open the winrar, press alt+n to change language to japanese, and then extract. see if this solve it.

welp for some reason it broke at the start, like when it would usually ask if you want to skip, it just dont, "failed to load: img/choices/watch opening.png"
im pretty dang sure this gonna product some error. so the game use something i will call "tag". the "tag" is linked to a set of dialouge or route, and the "tag" is written in japanese and the game can only read it if the "tag" is japanese. and since you also translate the "tag" it broke the game. you can easily distint the "tag" from the dialouge by looking at the end. the dialouge often have ".","...","!",... while the "tag" does not.

checking on ci-en page, the dev seemed too busy with work, they can't fix all the current bugs, let alone new stuff ....

THAT all supposed to happen, if not for the current v1.0.2 bug that can cause endings to not happen at all.
I deliberately did no skinship, only talks, always buy her the 2000G evening meal, rushed 100 affection to get to work at the city and get a net profit every day, did not molest her at night at all, got to both affection ratings to be able to do sex with her, actually did invite her to sex, she likes it, and next day, there's no "ending" at all. The day continues like nothing happened.
This is now her stat after that first night. She "Feels guilty of giving her virginity away", and day goes on like normal. She even still addresses the main character as "Onii-san" like the first days.
Here I might as well attach the one save where I don't touch her the whole playthrough, and got access to the "first night invitation". It's on day 18.
If anyone can trigger a "good ending" if there is one please do tell.

i did trigger the good ending. so my theory is that you first you need to raise her affection and lewdness to about 500 first(raise the affection to 500 first then lewdness) and also make sure that the affection is higher than lewdness. and after that you need to molest her at night, only touching like kissing, licking, fingerring, etc , DO NOT INSERT THE DICK. and do it until 3/4 of her stats start to change describtion(if you like you can make it 4). and after that you can try to invite her to bed. and in theory it should work.
p/s: if it still does not work then you can try to downgrade the game version

No the no-ending bug is actually persistent on multiple versions, the older ones are even buggier.
See I wish to agree about the molestation thing being a requirement, but dev confirmed in their comments that "The likeability rating affects when you'll get an ending after inviting to sex." so I'm still testing that and see just how much the rating is needed before I can get the ending. Day 21 at the moment.
It's a good thing that I checked literally every screen change possible in the status screen, because NOW at likeability 650+ then these specific words that say "I love you and I'm willing to give you my first time" THEN it's seems safe to do the deeds with her.
The in response sex is also different, mentioning that "there's where the baby comes from", while in likeability 500, it's only "It's a bit scary..."
The next day after the first night, and a bit of a walking through the streets that day:
And no ending. Nothing. This description is the final description of love she's supposed to have for an endless playthrough after the happy ending but the ending scene doesn't exist at all.
Fucking her on safe and dangerous days doesn't change much either, both cases the ending didn't trigger too.
So I redo the 0 touching 0 skinship save, attempting to still be the most respectful religious man I am (in-game), knowing full well that the ending trigger has not yet been skipped, and I noticed something peculiar...
The "go to sleep" button is bugged. If I do not enter the status screen, it cannot be clicked. Moving on...
Maybe the molestation thing might be one of the cases to trigger the happy ending scene but as of now it's not that easy to confirm when the game itself can bug the happy ending out. Going to wait when they fix that AND adding the pregnant belly differences too.

Is there any way to at least let the game do auto-translation using a reipatcher or one of the other translation tools?
