Menu translation, some gameplay translation (story not touched yet) and a PNG to help keeping track of your Exp. Also have translated [Memoir], which have hint with how to collect scene and progress the story.
With googleTL for story translation, should be at least playable to some degree.

Where do you put the translation files to patch it for english language?

Also not sure but the game got updated a while ago up to version 1.02 on DLsite.

1. it's a single but very long line in it's code, and the plugin can only read a text to certain length by default
2. even if it can, it will need a lot of regex, which can significanlly lag the game.
In conclusion, if only the dev code these as seperate lines, then it's make sense to translate it using the plugin.
else, you need to edit the game files directly, which I have no skill for it.
