I'm not sure if I understood the thread formatting (It is my first f95 thread), but here it is. I wanted to release the translation before the end of the year, so I might have missed a bug or two. Let me know if you find any.

so far so good, not seeing anything super weird, but occaisionally my settings get wonky (the special settings, not general settings.) no idea whats causing it so far. thanks so much for translating this for us
