Go back to the town and search for a part of the town where you can go south/down. Go south/down and you'll be in an area with an abandoned building. Enter and wait till night.

Well, yeah, but I don't remember about that guy blocking the door. Maybe try to reexplore and talk to everyone.

Good news and bad news
Good news: I've finished translating every line of dialog in the game, and I'm just now going through the game and fixing, grammar error, spacing errors and what nots. I haven't done all of the skills and stuff but it's a RPGMV game so it's not hard to figure out.
Bad news: All of the story: from the origin of the villains, to the origin of the heroine are all done with in-game cut-scenes and custom texts. I have no idea how to get to those files/images and no idea how to edit them so the main story will be muddy. Also there's a dressing up thing that I also have no idea to alter but should be easy to figure out with trial and error.
So unless someone else release their fan translation or an official english version gets announced, when I'm done fixing my errors, I'll release it. Also, this is my first time doing something like this so please be patient.

Excuse me, what do you mean by cut-scenes and custom text? As far as I understand from my walkthrough, it's just regular text, which shouldn't be a problem to get to.

I'm referring to this, This is an img about her back story and how she became a magical girl. Unfortunately it's told through 25 images all like that, and the texts are literally part of the image. So unless someone goes in those images and photoshop all of those text to English. Her backstory and the villian's backstory will be in Japanese
